To enable us to ensure the smooth processing of your orders, the following payment polices will apply to all online orders placed with OSIM:-
1. Payments can be made by Visa and Mastercard only. Cash, cheques and electronic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M. are not accepted.
2. You are required to provide details for Billing Information. Billing Information submitted has to be the same as it appears on your credit card statement.
3. To prevent any fraudulent orders and to verify the Billing Information provided, we may at our option, request that you send a copy of the front and back of your credit card as well as your credit card statement (only the portion which reflects the same credit card number, billing address and issuing bank’s or company’s name/logo) to us via fax or email.
4. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel your order and/or suspend deliveries should we find that the information submitted is not in order or should we not receive the above documentation upon request.

Following registration, you can review and change the personal particulars you submitted during registration. You must promptly update your information if it changes. Once posted, you cannot change or remove any public postings made in our chat rooms or other message areas or the feedback areas.
We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and the fact that we back up our systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information would be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.
OSIM tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. OSIM does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, IP address, browser type and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).
OSIM sometimes tracks and catalogues the search terms that users enter in our Search Engine, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine users' content preferences, based on traffic in those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us to build a better service for you.

Product Limited Warranty Policy
Warranty services are only applicable to OSIM products bought from an OSIM store or an OSIM approved store outlet within Australia only.
Warranty services are only applicable to OSIM products bought for private use in a dwelling house and not for commercial use or purposes in a commercial or public environment.
OSIM International (Australia) Pty Ltd (“OIA”) will provide Warranty services against manufacture defects for a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase.
Customers’ Email Confirmation (for Online Warranty registrations) must be presented to an “OIA” staff together with the original “OIA” Tax Invoice when requesting warranty services or repair.
Warranty services will only cover motorized, mechanical, electrical parts and labour only.
Warranty services will not cover any accessories; wrong electrical supply; power surges, casings; wire adaptors; material coverings whether fabric or otherwise; wear and tear through prolonged use.
Warranty services will not cover any Acts Of God, Civil Unrest, Floods, Fire or accidents that result in the damage of the product.
For warranty servicing, customers will have to return the products to an “OIA” designated service centre and does not include freight costs, postage charges for sending the product back to “OIA” service centre. Customers will incur their own costs should they require OIA to send back the product to them after servicing.
Warranty service will not include any possible call out charges should a site visit be needed. For customers who reside within Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas, call out charges for warranty servicing during warranty period on massage chairs will be waived.
Where an OSIM product comes with rechargeable batteries, a three months warranty is provided for the rechargeable battery from the date of purchase only.
Warranty shall immediately cease and void if the product is found to have been modified, tempered or repaired by an unauthorized person.
“OIA” reserves its rights to refuse warranty service or coverage if in its opinion, it is found that the product was not used according to instructions and/or was negligently used or misused or abused so as to cause damage.
“OIA” reserves it rights to replace the product sent for servicing with a similar product of similar functions and features as “OIA” deems fit.
“OIA” reserves its rights to vary the terms and conditions of this warranty policy without further notifications.
The terms and conditions of this warranty are governed under the laws of Australia and any applicable Australian laws notwithstanding the rights of the customer as a consumer.
If a further twelve (12) months extended warranty is purchased from “OIA” as indicated in an “OIA” Tax Invoice, all the terms and conditions under this warranty will be extended for a further twelve (12) months.
International Shipping Restrictions
Due to warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions, we are unable to ship all products to all countries worldwide.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
We will be instructing the shipping companies not to leave packages at the shipping address without proper authorisation.
The international courier services generally require a signature when delivery is expedited unless instructed by receiver otherwise.
It is necessary for you to provide a shipping address where someone is available to receive and acknowledge the package.
Local Delivery (Within Australia)
Delivery is typically made within 5 to 15 business days after our acceptance of your order but subject to stock availability.
For Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania deliveries, delivery time may be longer.
Delivery may be sent through Australian Post or OSIM's designated courier.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
If no one is available to receive and acknowledge the package at time of delivery, the package may be left at the door step of the delivery address. To ensure someone is there to receive the packages. we strongly encourage that the delivery address be a business address.
Delivery Exception for uPhoria and Massage Chairs
For products uPhoria (leg massager) and massage chairs, respective delivery charges are only applicable for delivery within the city areas which are Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth and Melbourne

Overseas Delivery (Outside Australia)

Section 1: Warranty
1.1 If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law but proof of purchase is required.
1.2 Subject to the terms and conditions set out below OSIM agrees to repair or replace at OSIM’s cost, purchased by you in Australia from OSIM when the product does not perform in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification during:
1.2.1 The standard warranty period of 1 year, commencing from the date of purchase or date of delivery in case of massage chair; and
1.2.2 The extended warranty period specified (if purchased in accordance with section 2 below)
1.3 OSIM reserves the right to replace the product or relevant part with the same or equivalent product or part, rather than repair it. Where a replacement is provided the product or part replaced becomes the property of OSIM. OSIM may replace parts with refurbished parts. Replacement of the product or part does not extend or restart the standard warranty period nor extended warranty period.
1.4 Both standard and extended warranties do not include delivery or in home pick up service.
1.5 The product will be at owner’s risk whilst in transit to and from OSIM.
1.6 OSIM and its authorized service centers may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred by them when the product is found to be in good working order.
Section 2: Extended Warranty (Massage Chairs Only)
2.1 The extended warranty may only be purchased within the first 3 months after purchased date by paying the extended warranty fee in full. The extended warranty period begins upon expiration of the standard warranty period. The extended warranty includes free parts and labor during the entire period of the extended warranty term period.
2.2 Both standard and extended warranties are not transferable to a new owner, in the event of sale of the product.
Section 3: Warranty Exclusions
The standard and extended warranties will not apply:
3.1 If the product has not been installed, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions provided with the product.
3.2 If the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
3.3 To damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alternations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spoilage, mis-adjustment of customer controls; due to incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of god, voltage supply problems, unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the product.
3.4 To damage arising during transportation, installation or while moving the product, or to any transportation costs of the product or any parts thereof to and from the owner.
3.5 The replacement or repair of any (1) consumables – including leather, fabric, upholstery, batteries and cables, or (2) lost parts or accessories.
3.6 OSIM will not be liable for any loss, damage or alternations to third party hardware or software or any part of the product, no matter how occurring, or for any loss or damage arising from loss of use, loss of profits or for any resulting indirect or consequential loss or damage.
3.7 The standard and extended warranty will not apply, if the product is intended to be used, or is used at any time, in commercial, business, industrial or rental applications.
Section 4: Terms of Sale
1. Please choose goods carefully as returns are subject to OSIM’s Returns Policy
2. Please retain your original OSIM receipt as proof of purchase for claims for repair service under warranty or guarantee.
3. Delivery dates are approximate only and OSIM shall not be held liable if there is a delay in the delivery of goods.
4. All goods are to be fully paid before the goods can be collected or being dispatched.
Section 5: Return Policy:
1. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
2. OSIM shall comply with the obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Replacement for the same model might be provided if the merchandised goods are proven malfunctioned by the supplier within 14 calendar days from date of sales/delivered. (Excluding Demo Sale)
4. Return of goods must be in its original condition as purchased, including any packaging, accessories, manuals and documentations.
Section 6: Consumer Guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from OSIM. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a minor failure, the consumer is entitled to, at the election of OSIM, have the goods repaired or replaced. If the item has a major failure, you may have the right to reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.
